Help Tudor UAE dial

Hello everybody
I am new here.
I would like to know your opinion about this dial. Is it genuine or fake? How is the value of this watch.
Thanks in advance.
Daniele from Italy

One out of focus pic isnt going to tell anyone anything.
Unless the watch is accompanied by some sort of documentation to back up its originality and association with the UAE then its just another altered or aftermarket/fake dial.

You are right but this is the only picture available online. I will ask the seller some more. No documents.
Thank you very much.

I would need to have provenance, without that it would be just another fake in my eyes

15 years in UAE and have seen many.
That logo doesn’t look right.
The watches were awarded and should have some certificates.
