Rolex allows you one design change...
It can’t be a new model. But they will take your advice and make one design change/offering on any existing watch in the lineup.
It can be: Narrow the lugs on the maxi case Add red font to the submariner Bring back lug holes on xxxx Oyster on the blnr/blro Etc. Anything you want. No shortage, it will be available. I would ask them to add white dial Explorer 1 model. What is your wish? What is your one request? |

You lost me at "no shortage, it will be available."
More matte dial options would be great. |

Full Lume on ALL the numbers on the Air King. One make it “05”, not just “ 5”.

Bring back the solid gold Datejust. My preference would be yellow gold, black dial, oyster bracelet, smooth bezel.

Sapphire crystal exhibition case back for their entire range of watches (except where extreme water pressures prevent it)

Take the Exp II back to 40mm and bring back the red second hand. Done. Take my money.

Just come out and admit that the cyclops was a way to induce old men into buying a Rolex.
OK it worked. Now make the thing flat on the crystal and not look like a wart. C'mon fess up. |

Would love to see some of these changes.
1) 41mm Explorer 2, Ceramic bezel, white "polar" dial, same orange accents as current line. This would be an instant hit with the contrast of the black ceramic and white dial. The black dial would also look great. Red accents would also work but I think this is too similar to the GMT line and the "explorer 2 orange" color is something that should be used in perpetuity with this lineup. 2) Glidelock everything. Create glidelock in smaller form factors for watches with smaller clasps like the daytona. 3) Ditch the cellini, return the Rolex triple calendar moonphase in stainless steel on a jubilee bracelet. |

Not convinced this will work. It works on the PM models because it reduces the cost whilst at the same time adding a differentiator. They won’t reduce the cost on a SS model, and not convinced many people would in reality want to buy a watch on a rubber bracelet instead of the steel bracelet, for the same cost. I could be wrong of course, I often am. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sort of a design change . . .
. . . get RID of that &#$@*!$ LOCTITE that causes so many incompetent, untrained, ham-fisted "AD Sales Reps" to butcher the he!! out of the bracelet pin slots and scratch the he!! out of the bracelet, too. GRrrrrr . . . that's why I now do it myself. No more of that AD B.S. for me.

Smaller professional model cases all-around. Lose the bulk all around.
