What this forum means to me right now!

Just want to thank all of you guys as members and posters of the vintage section. In this current situation you can’t look anywhere without being bombarded by Corona-stuff and then I come here and everything is just normal and business as usual...members still want feedback on upcoming buys, members still asking which box goes to which Rolex model, members still shooting wristies and posting them...thanks guys for keeping everything “normal”, can’t explain how much I appreciate it!! Big love!!

Thanks for the post. And that’s a fine looking linen dial! Black strap really dressed it up nicely!

Amen to that LKJ!

Came here for relief after visiting the CDC site. Looking for travel info - heading to Cancun Monday, maybe? I'll stay here vs viewing the carnage on the financial sites. Try to stay calm everybody!

PS - I my 16013 from '86 "vintage"?

I agree. Important to be aware and smart, yet also do things that make us smile and give pleasure in life!

Starting the day off with my Mk2 1675

Cool linen dial. Here’s my mid century modern linen contribution

Here's something you don't see everyday, a pre Carrera 2447. I don't wear this watch a lot but really enjoy having it around in case I ever need a 40's chrono.

What a BEAUTY!

I agree. Ofcourse we do have to be vigilant, but for most of us on here that are lovers of vintage watches, we are not worried if our watches will "lose value", etc etc etc.

I don't even want to get started on that debate.

That MK 2 is everything I love about VR.

Heres a tropical Tudor shot from earlier today.

Be safe all !

The Rolex Forums is a great place to make new friends and broaden one's knowledge of everything Rolex - even if it isn't a GMT . The Reference Library forum, Rolex Watch Tech forum and the Rolex & Other Watch Links & Resources forum are second to none.
