I can't begin to say enough good things about @Kauebm , I just purchased a mint condition Seamaster 300 (watchco) 166.024. The watch is keeping excellent time +3 S/D with good amplitude. I had my watchsmith remove the case back and it is in fact a NOS 565 movement.... Apparently WatchCo has been a little liberal in there interpretation of NOS.... So I was a bit concerned but it's everything I wanted and more at a very fair price. Again thank You @Kauebm who was super patient answering all my questions
