Indeed, very low water resistance (20m) that is to say only splash resistant, I am only wearing it while washing my hands, which is all you really need our days!

Fantastic place to grow up at an awesome time (for racing fans). I bet that was quite a treat.

I never buy grey as a rule to myself, I love the hunt for retail and the relationship building with the brands...I purchased it at the Singapore AP boutique, I secured this thru good friends in common and privileged relations. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity made possible by the unfortunate situation we are all facing leading to AP boutiques closing everywhere around the world except in Singapore and Hong Kong, however they actually had to close the Singapore boutique 2 days ago so I was one of the very last deliveries! Hong Kong AP boutique is still open by the way.

This is the Steel version right? What a grail! Singapore boutiques only get one per year!

Indeed it is the steel version, do not really know how many are available each year in SG but one thing is for sure is that the situation has been a bit out of the ordinary lately!

Thank you all, much appreciated!

I am still a bit starstruck by this mighty timepiece…but we are beginning to get to know each other!

Does anybody have any tangible details about the availability of this watch? I've heard that mid-tier AD's may get 1 a year, and lesser AD's don't get any. However, I assume the official boutiques have to get several pieces?

The reason I question the rarity is because this watch can easily be purchased on the secondary market at or below retail price. For such a popular watch that most AP fans genuinely love (and the only PC that most of us have any chance of getting), I would think if it truly was rare or "unobtainium" there would be a premium on the secondary market.

Thoughts?

I remember exactly where I was when I heard on the radio he had been killed, I was "with" my girlfriend at the time, boy did it kill the mood, luckily I was only a teenager so I recovered pretty quick...

Availabilities from AD/Boutiques + grey market prices = equation with 2 unknowns!
