In the wild...

My buddies and I were leaving Scottsdale Muni today during a Giants/Brewers game on our way to the Blue Moose and in my (beer induced) haze, I noticed that my Expy II was within 15 feet of two Sub Dates and a YG Day Date.

What recession?

Love seeing these things in the wild!

Once I started looking for Rolex's in the wild, what really surprised me was how many I see on TV instead

Once I started looking for them in the wild, what surprised me was how many people had them! And not old ones either, a lot of current modes - some looking almost brand new. I thought we were in a recession.

A guy at my sons school has a Sub looks like the Maxi Dial and I saw the President of a Demolition/land clearing company the other day at job walk and he had on the appropriate YG “President” DD with the wood finished dial. I have seen one blue dial AK at another meeting same meeting a guy had on a DJ with the Jubilee. The place I bought my bed from my salesman had on a SS White Dial Daytona, one of my suppliers wears that Tiger Woods Tag another wears a Tissot the owner of my shop wear a Formula one Tag. Oh ya saw a guy at the Disney store in the Brea Mall The day I got my IIc and he had on a YM With the red second hand.

I am never really sure if I should say something I know I would be excited if someone I knew noticed my watch (not so sure about someone I did not know). But you never know. The guys at the meeting would probably be fine about me asking. But I am not sure about the dad at you local school but you never know he may be a member of this forum and want to talk Rolex for a while?

I have done the same soooo much. My g/f, if she's watching something without me, will let me know if someone is wearing a Rolex. It's kinda funny.

Heh, saw this old hunchback chinese guy in Chinatown once, he was wearing a solid gold president. This morning saw a guy with a red sub on the subway.
