For sale is an excellent condition 36mm 18 karat yellow gold and factory diamond Rolex DayDate. The 18388 is an L serial, circa 1989, and is accompanied by a Rolex box, but no papers. The Rolex features a polished yellow gold case which is set with factory diamonds and accented by a fixed yellow gold diamond bezel. The factory set diamonds on the bezel and case are white colorless diamonds, and add to the watches already grandiose aesthetic. The Daydate is mounted on a yellow gold President bracelet with brushed outer links, polished finish center links, and is secured by a hidden deployment clasp. The bracelet contains 21 fullsize links, will comfortably fit a 7.25 inch wrist, but does contain some stretch from previous wear, would rate it 85% plus. The Rolex features factory set champagne diamond dial with eight single cut and two baguette diamond hours, tritium coated polished yellow gold hands, magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock, and a day window aperture at 12 o’clock. The movement used in the 18388 is the Rolex calibre 3155 which features 48 hours of power reserve and was COSC certified. Overall the Rolex is in excellent and contains no visible imperfections to the naked eye. It is worth noting that all of the components on the watch including the dial and hands are original, and have not been replaced over the years.
