The Rolex GOD!!!

I believe that the wealth of information and knowledge found on this forum is second to only what God could answer!

Point being the posts on "date changes at 12:05 " and my "crown does not stand up" as well as " when unscrewing the crown it does not pop out" All this and much more is addressed here on the Rolex Forums!

I wish that this site was around 10 or more years ago when you had to make many calls and possibly send for a service that was sooooooooo not needed.

Use the site IT ROCKS!!!!

Thank you to everyone who has given a wealth of information here that is priceless.

Is it wrong of me to have sent my watches in for service telling them to make the crown stand up straight (the ones that didn't come that way, anyways).

Unless you have an OCD!

My theory, if I'm going to spend $10,000 on a hunk of stainless steel, essentially the same material as a fork, I WANT MY DAMN CROWN PERFECT. NOW!

I always ordered my watches and waited uo to 3 months to recieve them. In doing that i would state the following.

1. The crown to be straight up.
2. to double check for any lint in the inside of the watch crystal and dial.
3. to remove all hang tags and put in a seperate packet.

It worked every time! Alway got a perfect pristine watch to start!

I've done that with my latest purchase, too! We'll see how it turns out in a few months.

No problem, just ship it to me and I'll use my newly acquired Rolex Crown-a-Matic precision adjuster to line it up for you.
