Posting a watch to a new member in Puerto Rico neeed advise!

Hey all,

I have a little concern about posting a watch since the buyer is located in Puerto Rico. I just wanted to know if anyone has posted watch to PR experienced any issues?

Cheers in advance also the buyer asked for my wire instructions and my home address is that normal? I typically do F2F Deals CONUS WIRE never had a buyer ask for my home address before?

He also has zero feedback.

USPS considers puerto rico domestic, while UPS/Fedex considers it international.

other than it doesn’t really matter if a no feed back buyer is in Texas or puerto rico or india.

Call me paranoid, but after reading just the last few months of negative reports in the “Watch Out” section I would be very hesitant to sell a watch outside of CONUS to an unknown party. What is your recourse if the transaction goes bad ?
Buy The Seller kind of works both ways.
