Royal Oak 15300 service

Does anyone know if AP will/can replace a dial that has been scratched if sent in for a service at the official service center?

Also, I have the impression that they will no longer change from a white or black dial to a blue dial - but how about if the watch is fitted with a blue replacement dial obtained in the grey market?

I am sure they will replace a scratched dial, but I believe only with the same one that was originally installed at the factory.
