One to rock, One to stock

If given the opportunity from an AD what watch outside would you buy in two pairs. I’ve been offered an opportunity to buy 2 Tudor bb58 blue from an AD. I’m seriously considering picking up both. One for my son when he’s older and one for me now.

What watch would you buy in 2 pairs.

"what watch outside" - what does that mean?

"2 pairs"? a 'pair' means 2.

Have you considered perhaps a black 58 and a blue 58?

Maybe a speed hesalite and a sapphire even though that isn’t an exact pair

But a lot of watches are cool

Maybe a black bb58 and a blue one

Or two Tudor gmt

(Hoping that the date issue is gone)

I managed to get 2 of the Brian May red special, one to wear on the odd occasion and the other to keep and maybe pass on to someone

2 pairs? You’re right, OP, why stop at 1 pair? :-)

Well, my dad would love a black SS Daytona and YG Sub LN. It would be pretty awesome to buy two of each and enjoy them with him.

I'd want to have a more collectible pair if I was going to do that. The BB58s wouldn't be my choice for stashing one for the future!!!

You say ‘2 pairs’ which means you actually mean ‘4’ right?

The vintage vibe of the black dial is not speaking to me. Plus both my son love blue. So blue it is.

Still waiting on the yellow dial op 36. I hear 36mm are easier to get in Asia vs here in US.

Is this the OP 36 or 41? Looks great. Also, can’t go wrong with the 58, I love mine

How do you know that your son would even appreciate or want the watch when he is older?

Maybe wait and see if he eventually wants one and if so, what he does want?

I would never by two of the exact same model in the same color. If you want to invest put your money in stocks not watches.

How old is your son? If he’s quite young then I’m sure by the time he can wear it will be worth more
