Can someone explain Yachtmaster II 116689

Does the watch display the date? What do all the dials mean?

No date.

10 min or less count down timer for yacht racers or maybe steak flippers.

The only Rolex that could be considered a complication in my view, though barely. Excellent design of the movement. I like them, to include the YG model with the blue ceramic bezel. The question for those of us w/o unlimited $$ is, of course, can your money be better spent on something else. I think so.
