Agree with this. I like to keep it simple when I travel. For me, the fewer items I have to look after the better. I would take only the GMT Master.

I usually wear my Speedmaster on NATO when traveling. It's fairly low key and casual looking, fits most situations, and unrecognizable to most people. I never felt unsafe with it on, and hardly anyone ever stares at it.

The Polar Explorer II (16570) is my choice. It has the handy second time zone. Also, few people recognize it as a Rolex.

Personally, I only travel with one watch. Varies with the destination and reason for travel. Hotel safes, whether room or the manager’s safe, are just too much hassle.

+1, it is a travel watch, why have it if you're not going to use it as such?

I almost always travel with only one watch, typically the GMT since a lot of my travel crosses time zones.

I never take more than one watch while traveling. I don’t want to worry about securing a second watch at the hotel while I am out enjoying my vacation.

No need to add that additional stress.

Travelling around Europe is very difficult and fraught if not impossible at the moment, but if I were to travel I would still wear the watch I've always worn...a 1996 Sub 14060. It´s taken everything thrown at it

Depends where I travel. Either my Sub, ExII, or my SKX. With those models, there’s no need to take them off.

I just went away and took my SD 43, my Daytona C and a PP 5726 polar. Wore the SD or Daytona during the day and the Nautilus at night.

Nice combo. Don't travel anymore except on vacation. Then, Tudor Submariner and Casio Illuminator. Leave the Citizen dress watch at home.

That’s even better and mostly what I do as well. One watch on my wrist is easy to keep track of

I’m a one watch fellow when I travel. I just can’t be bothered with taking more than one watch.

I usually wear a Rolex but sometimes I’ll wear a different brand depending on where I go. I do find steel bracelets to be the most comfortable for me, and I like to have some adjustability on the fly, so a glidelock or easylink comes in handy.
