Rolex 116000 Blue Dial Legit?

I am looking to change the look of my 116000 and chanced on this dial on a local site.

it is going for ~400USD. just want to ensure that it is good before I proceed and could appreciate some help here.

Thanks!

It looks consistent with an original Rolex dial IMO. Ive swapped a few dials & they look very similar to this when removed.

Seems to be genuine. Trust the seller / store? If so go for it

i just noted that the letters " T" and "I" do not stack on top of one another (i have attempted to indicate this observation with the red box per my attachment here)

It is unlike all the examples I have seen via google search.

something I should stay away from?

Agree. If you have concerns with the dial being authentic you should not buy it and instead look for a seller that you can trust.

Why not contact your AD or RSC to see if they can swap the dial?

Wow, that's quite a catch. Is there some reason you can't go to a Rolex AD or the RSC in your area?

If you’re unsure, don’t buy it.

Agree its a genuine Rolex dial and today dials are made in 3 different factories now all owned by Rolex, so there will always be tiny variations to most all Rolex dials.
