New movement with higher power reserve and a different bracelet.

The difference is that batgirl is a slightly more embarrassing nickname than batman.

Batgirl is newer improved version of the previous batman.
Some men have issues with the female nickname. Which makes it an absolute winner in my book. Wear it with Pride chaps

both watches are top notch, just know the oyster commands 1-1.5k less on the grey market than the jubilee

Yeah I own the Batman and the Pepsi , the Batgirl is basically a merger of them both so no need for me to get it

Time to buy BLNR oyster Batman cos it will cost more to buy them than jubilee in a couple of years. They were produced only for 5 years and were hard to get compared to the Black GMT II. It was something like the Black Sub compared to Hulk, less were supplied from the BLNR compared to the Black GMT. Don't forget the Batman on oyster was the first ceramic bicolor watch from Rolex and that counts for something with collectors.

Had both, still have batgirl. The large PCL surface area on the batman drove me nuts. The jubilee hides scratches much better. Not to mention it’s comfortable AF

As a side note...I hate it when people compare these watches to the Batman vs batgirl...I own both and there is nothing feminine about the one with the jubilee band...IMO

Sorry but I disagree, the jubilee bracelet is feminine IMO, very shiny and jewellery like, hence the Batgirl name.

Great photo! nice to see photos of the bezel in daylight, it doesn't look as saturated as some of the other photos i've seen of this model.

new movement, bracelet, not sure about lug width, ill have to look into that

There was talk when the ss blro gmt first came out that the holes in the lugs were positioned differently and that the bracelets weren’t interchangeable but I recall that was proven wrong when someone fitted an oyster to the new ☝️

The same should apply for the blnr

If a jubilee bracelet makes you look like a girl, I think you need to buy some weights

For some reason I don't like jubilee that much on my wrist, although I love seeing it in pictures. So I prefer my 116710 BLNR on my 114060's brushed bracelet

I work out plenty thanks. I think the jubilee bracelet would make Arnie look a bit camp.

Really? A jubilee? Think they look great and distinguished. Pretty much the most iconic Rolex look. I guess maybe I get the age thing because of the long standing history and older gents that used to wear them still do, but don’t get the gender distinction. I have both and I most over prefer oyster, but see nothing wrong with the jubilee as well. Also I think Arnie might disagree!

Folks never seem to mention the minute hand on the 126710BLNR was extended to be the correct length. They were all too short on the first gen maxi dials, IMHO, though not to the extreme degree of the 214270 Mk1.

BLNR=oyester
BLRO= jubilee

The BLNR and LN are the last GMTs on oyster. That too means something to me!
