It’s a really stunning piece. Refined and yet also robust. The dial is better in person (not “too” birch tree) and “80 HOURS” is barely visible. The movement is gorgeous.

I also tried on the quartz 60th anniversary and was really impressed. The colors are fantastic, the lugs and bracelet are great and the bezel is great.

I'm always amazed by GS dials

No, just a rare fully sunny winter day in Paris. :-)

The boutique itself is airy and pretty zen, plus it’s fully stocked.

Brian.

No doubt, GS dials are amazing, but they are more than that. They are the full package, from great movements (Spring Drive, Hi-Beat, 9F Quartz) to cases to lugs to bracelets. I hope you get a chance soon to make it to a GS boutique to check them out my friend.
