NOS or unworn?

I needed to get opinions. Long story as to why I have two so I will skip. My question is if I decide to sell the spare do I call it NOS or unworn?

Thanks.

Unworn would be the term I use (and that is if you truly just kept into the safe from the day you bought it from an AD to now). NOS typically should refer to a new unsold discontinued stock from an AD.

But nowadays, people seem to use every term in the book. The watch is not new if it isn't sold new by an AD. A watch isn't unworn if it is sized, etc.

It’s all down to perception from both sellers and buyers.

NOS is typically associated with someone in the trade selling. Unworn if private.

First of all, have you worn it? You haven't said anything about the condition of the "extra 116610LV". If it hasn't been worn, I would call it "unworn", even if it has been sized, provided you disclose that fact. Just to honest, take good pictures and sell it. Or, contact one of our trusted sellers here on TRF, send them pics and see what they will give you for it.

NOS is fine since it is discontinued.

NOS should infer unworn condition. Call it what you will....

As for this forum, inference of a sale is not permitted outside the FS section.
