rolex gmt rootbeer bezal

need to help, i have a 1984 or 1985 GMT with Rootbeer face and 2 tone rootbeer bezel, mine is real faded, and i want to get new one, but on ebay there are alot but they are not original, how do you spot a fake from the original?

Bezel inserts are one of the rare examples where going to RSC or an authorised Rolex watchmaker is generally your cheapest option.
