I'm surprised the Tennessee tax authorities are not clamping down on Nashville Watches. That's a lot of money slipping away.

I thought precisely the same thing. If I remember Chase correctly because of the size of his business : TN only collects tax if the seller + buyer are both in Tennessee.

In some states - the law makes smaller online sellers exempt from collecting sales tax if they have less than $100,000 in annual sales or fewer than 200 transactions. ( Honestly that's like maybe 5 Rolexes, so that can't be the case for a grey dealer in Tennessee )

So yeah until their tax laws get revisited there's some tax revenue getting ignored, I'm sure.
