Chrono collars stuck

My chrono collars are soldered stuck. I brought my watch to Seiko service a couple of years ago, but they said nothing was wrong. Clearly, no one looked at it.

This morning, I sprayed some WD-40 on it. Letting it sit. Not optimistic. Any other ideas? Soak in soapy water?

It is an SSC031, a Pepsi Prospex chrono.

so, are you talking about the collars around the pushers ?
I believe that the serrations around the edge are just to suggest that they screw in and out a la Daytona. I don't believe that they actually do.
