Same. It wouldn't even occur to me to take a watch anywhere for sizing, but I guess everyone doesn't necessarily have the correct tools.

I never had any problems getting adjustments or having links added or removed, hard to be "snobby" when you don't have inventory

I would just say I would have loved to buy the watch here if you had one in stock...
