Couldn't come at a worse time when there are absolutely zero watches on AD shelves.

I heard the same from the owner / AD
He said no shipments for at least 2 weeks due to Rolex system upgrade.

Nothing wasted. They just don’t display models that have buyers lining out the door for. Nearly Every piece is pre-sold. From shipping boxes to consumer. No need to display. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Talked to RSC Dallas yesterday about full service for my Sea Dweller. They confirmed that they are running IT upgrades through June 14 but will still mail me the box to send my watch over and will accept it. I figured by the time the box gets here and then back to them it’s mid June anyway. Estimated turnaround time is currently 10 weeks.

I was told by my AD that they were implementing new systems and they still were able to accept watches for service but until the new system was deemd ok that they could not send any new product out?

I expected a slow return for work. Good to know I should expect 10 weeks plus. Unfortunately it’s the same timing issue that they we’re supposed to fix when I handed it to them last year just before COVID-19 started shutting things down. Regards,

My AD said the same thing, but mentioned it two weeks ago - maybe he was referencing an upcoming shutdown...
They might be having trouble getting materials as crazy as that sounds. Supply chains are insane in almost every industry right now. |

I was calling around last week looking for an OP and one of the local AD's told me the same thing, that Rolex was shutting down for three weeks to do inventory.
