2 house a day won't keep your submariner running, at least 8 hours a day then you don't need to wind it.

Eventually Yes.
When I wear mine for 8 hours I tend to wind it every day or two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

try to swing your hand wearing the submariner several times every half hour to make sure you have enough activity to turn the rotor. Last edited by rambo99; 30 October 2021 at 05:24 PM.. Reason: typo |

You can wear your auto watch 24 hours a day but if you don’t move your arm it won’t wind up. Swinging your arm around might help though. How are you swinging? 650 times/day. 40 x 360’s every half hour. E.

Exactly that wearing a watch dont wind the watch its wrist movement that swings the winding pendulum to wind the watch.

I can wear my Rolex for a vigorous hour walk with full arm swings once a day and it stays fully wound and will then run for 60 hours if set down. If you do not swing your arms and rotate your wrist the watch is not being would no matter how long you wear it. When you look to see the time give your wrist a strong rotation inwards.

Then you will need to wind it as the rotor is not moving enough to maintain spring tension

Just wind it and wear it. If you find it’s lost power, just reset it and rewind it and put it back on.
This isn’t complicated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
