The ADs are the ones doing most of the flipping. The quantities the grey dealers have are not from individuals buying and flipping one watch at a time.

Haven’t seen that done yet, but I do have good and long lasting relationships with some folks at my ADs, they’d notice if I never wore or referenced a watch I bought from them again.

Zero evidence of this. All the major secondary resellers have said the overwhelming majority of stock comes from private sellers, private collections, and estate sales.

Right...all these BNIB and unworn watches with unmarked warranty cards are coming from private sellers and estates. Of course they will say this because the don't want to throw their sources under the bus should Rolex buy some of these watches and check the serial numbers. The grey dealers are getting the watches from the same place they were before the craziness started...20% of the watches do not get diverted to the grey market by individual sellers.

On average, 15,000-20,000 new Rolex watches are delivered to customers every single week. No evidence of significant quantities of watches with inactivated or incomplete authentic warranty cards available. One or two posts in a WhatsApp chat or FB group?
