Seems people who have already registered are having issues where new registers are able to complete the process. I have sent email via the contact us and hoping they can resolve for me.

I was a new register and was able to extend the warranty without any issues. Hope they fix this soon!

This seems an interesting perspective. It may be useful to understand from real cases feedbacks whether people who faced issues were already registered.

This is exactly how it is, and I strongly urge anyone to re-register with a new e-mail address if needed. Hoping it will be fixed soon, but I did send a request for them to register my two VCs on my behalf. Warranties will expire in a couple of weeks from now.

No luck for me as an existing profile to extend online. Sent an inquiry as well, not confident in their IT/CS team(s) to resolve anytime soon.

Just saw on a FB post that if you goto:

https://services.vacheron-constantin...egister/manual

Enter in your serial number even as an existing VC customer and log in when prompted, it'll successfully extend your warranty as a work around. Worked for me and now have peace of mind until 2029....

It says 13 feb 2020 on the warranty card but for some reason 23 Dec 2019 online. Either way no reason for a 6 year warranty.

Can anyone who successfully extended the VC warranty kindly inform whether, once done, there is a specific (pdf) certificate to download from the site? Or this info is “simply” showed on the site, once logged in, like some screen shots that I have seen?

Sure. If it's a blue dial you get blacklisted for life. Any other color overseas and you're blacklisted from a blue dial for life.*

They also send a confirmation email. But no certificate. Apparently as someone else mentioned it's an immutable log that's created in your account since (supposedly) VC is using blockchain to keep all transactional information.

VC launched the blockchain in 2019 as a public pilot.

Same here, I’ve been trying with no success, it just shows it is loading for ever as soon as I go to My Collection.
Also they ask if I want to download “Callback” which I have no clue what it is for.
Either there is a huge number of people registering their watches or VC aren’t as good webmasters as they are watchmakers.

Are you going via the VC Warrenty page or via the hour lounge?

It worked, I have it extended to 2029.
In fact via the BC warranty page all goes smoothly, while it doesn’t work via the Hour Club.

Thank for that.

Finally worked for me! Took 2 weeks for it to finally work, so if you are still having trouble, hang in there.
