Panerai 232 Radiomir 1938
I have just received my PAM 232, it is fantastic, can't believe the difference that 2mm makes in the feel of the watch on my wrist compared to the 183 Blackseal. Just a quick question for 232 owners. I have noticed on the special edition section of the website the hands are different to mine and all the 232's I have seen?!?! Does anyone know why?
Cheers J

What model number are you referring to? I don't see another SE for 232. I do know that Panerai recently did a OOR of the 232 using left over parts. Is yours OOR or xxxx/1938?

The hands on the website do look skinnier.
Mine looks like yours above. Fatter hands

Little by little Panerai are starting to turn me off the brand, they've played on the historic stuff, but they're getting a bit beyond a joke now with some of the tricks they do. As for Jay, just enjoy the 232, and get rid of that AP, i'll look after it for you

Congrats JK, the 232 is a stunning watch, wear with joy.. !!
cant comment on the hands diff you might have, but indeed, the OOR's dont do much good if they at 1st they stipulate that only 1938 will be made.. and then add 40 pieces. |
