I think the other way, Hulk dial and black bezel works better.

I think it looks good! Can't tell the difference between this mod and the 126610LV.

I'm more curious to see what the 116610LV would look like with a black bezel, probably not very good I imagine, but interested to see.

I wouldn't do it simply because the risk of breaking the ceramic inserts it's just not worth it.

So I did the very same thing. I love the green bezel, always hated the green sunburst dial. Looks cheap to me. Anyway, I wanted to do this long before the 126610LV came along as I'd seen people do it before. It's so easy to swap bezels if you have the entire assembly.
