Some on this thread, some on another, but mostly via PM's. Bruno, I'll PM you in a few, don't like to air ugliness out in the open.

You don't have to send me the pm's. They are not for my eyes but making comments about a child should be a bannable if not lets meet and "talk" in person offense.

I wasn't going to send you his PM's, just explain the situation in my own words - but I would definitely like to 'talk' with him.

Luckily she's great at her job, has many loyal clients, and will never loose her job to outsourcing.

Dan,

I understand your wife's position, and because she rents and has all these other extras for which she is financially responsible, she certainly deserves liberal tips. There's also considerable time and energy she puts into her work for which she is not directly compensated Faith

It has NOTHING to do with going back on my word. I am a strong believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt until they prove me wrong. I guess initially, I didn't WANT to believe that someone would slide that low, but after observing your behavior, yes, I must admit I have changed my mind. I am sorry, but I don't feel like you're a stand-up guy, after looking closely at the 'incident', then thinking about the feeble excuses you used, all I see is good ol' fashion back-peddling. Sorry, but it is what it is. I really don't want to continue this debate - I would just kindly ask that you act as though I don't exist on these boards, and I will do the same.

Dude - stop it. People here aren't stupid, more folks than just myself see through you. Somehow it wasn't just me that perceived your comment as insulting, a low-blow. As far as the cerebral palsy comment - I wasn't being insensitive to those afflicted with it - I was making an analogy. In short - what I was saying is that I cannot get mad at you if that is just how you are, all I can do is ignore you. But you keep on trying to irk me, and when I finally snap back - you do the whole 'gosh golly gee willipers' face and go: 'what did I do?!' Well, YOU know what you did.

Mods see the threads - if there was need for intervention, I am sure it would have happened already. I have ZERO to hide.

As I said, I did ONCE convey a different thing in the PM - as I didn't want to believe people are this low. I was wrong - shoot me.

Anyhoo, back to the thread......... Faith, we are on the same page. But tips, liberal or otherwise, should be based on quality of work. All I know is thank God people cherish their hair because she's always had more clients than time.

You know what is the funniest thing about this thread. My man Mosco and Rolexgiants are trying to kill each other and in between people chime in and are telling me how much to tip. Its classic.

I actually got a haircut yesterday (before the bachelor's party for my buddy) and she took me in on a VERY short notice and did a great job, so I tipped her more than usual - $10 on a $17 haircut.
