FS: 1968 Omega 145.022 Transitional Pre-Moon Speedmaster - Just back from service

Just back from movement service (LAWW) and good to go for another 50 years

Transitional because it takes all the good bits from the prev iteration, applied logo, DON, stepped dial and mates it with the 861 movement

beautiful natural patina on the markers and hands. Crystal is spotless. Case is appropriate for its age....just right.

Bezel does show wear but the DON is visible and again, adds to the vintage look, imo.

Being Pre-Moon the case back is the Hippocampus and again shows appropriate wear for being 54 years old

Inside is good to go - just returned from LA Watch Works from full movement service

Pushers are crisp and all hands zero perfectly as you would expect

Will come on 1) the beautiful brown strap that matches the watch perfectly and 2) the Forstner JB Champion bracelet - if you've tried one of these, once you get it dialed in it is amazing
