It was a good watch community.
People like AJ, Henry the 8th, Herr Doctor, etc, etc were great to interact with.
I had the pleasure of meeting up with a couple of them personally and it was good times.
At one stage i stepped back from forums for a fair while and when I came back to it all things had changed profoundly with the Newturfers forum so I passed on it. I miss it very much though
If I remember correctly the forum was somehow hacked or hijacked or something like that a couple of times. But I don't know much about those sorts of things.

Interestingly, I have come across someone who had a very bad taste in their mouth with something to do with Newturfers, but I let it go through to the keeper so as not to dredge up further ill will. For the life of me I can't imagine what it could've been that happened, but it certainly left its mark.
