Watch ID Help
Hi all, first time posting here. I wanted to get some help ID'ing a watch my estranged mother gave me years ago. I'm a complete newbie so no response is too elementary. Pictures are below, thanks!

ETA: This very well could be a fake! Like I said, sort of a weird situation where I can't get in touch with the person who gave it to me.
