I had no idea

How amazing the green is on the 126610LV. A couple of weeks in, I love it more everyday. Especially the contrast from the black bezel. I have never been a huge green fan (now I am). I always thought it would limit what I could wear it with (can wear with pretty much anything). I thought in photos it looked good, but IRL is is amazing. I couldn’t take my BLNR off until I got this watch. Really an amazing looking watch and solid feel. Well done Rolex! Quick shot from dinner out tonight. Even my wife who didn’t get the demand for it loves it now. Fantastic!

You make a great point about the contrast with the black dial.
Congratulations on a great piece!

Congratulations! I feel the same way!

Pictures really can't capture the way most watches are in real life.

I had never seen mine IRL till I was lucky enough to get one!

The green bezel pops and as you say the contrast with the black dial renders the whole visual appeal all the more attractive. The move away from the aptly coined « supercase » also gives this latest variant a more honed and cohesive design. Looks great on you OP

I agree with you that the 126610LV looks better IRL vs pictures. The contrast between bezel and dial is striking. I love it too!

The contrast is beautiful in photos, I can imagine it looks even better IRL. A dream watch for sure.

Congrats! It compliments your BLNR nicely and is more variety over the (standard) Submariner.

Nice watch.

I have it, but now i'm itching for a Patek 5168g in green.

Just gotta have the next thing...

Thank you! It was tough to move on from the 124060, but never look back now. Really a great mix.

I agree. It exceeds expectations when seen first hand. Love the contrast between the bezel and jet black dial.

Thank you Doug - your photos and video was a big I inspiration. Hoping for the Daytona to complete the collection.

100% agree contrast is everything on this reference, enhanced by AR treatment on the glass. When I put my name on the list 3 years ago, I had no idea neither … I’d love it so much! Classy and elegant in low lights and so pop in direct sunlight ! New case shape and slimmer lugs are a part of the magic too ..

AR coating is key - I wish my BLNR had it. Makes the black dial so clear and stand out even more.
