New 126710BLNR Owner. Quick Question
Hello
My name is Matt, I’m a Brit living in Dubai. I’ve been fascinated by watches from a young age but have only really started collecting in the last 5 years. After a 3 year wait my time came to collect a GMT Master 2 BLNR. The question I have is relating to the jubilee bracelet. Upon collecting the watch from my AD I was really surprised when I first tried on the watch to find it fitted fine without adjustment to the jubilee bracelet. In the excitement, I didn’t really think anything of it but now I’ve got it home, I can’t help but think I’m missing some links. That also leads me to think that the bracelet had already been sized. It could just be me being sceptical but I’d like to check. When I called the AD they just casually said “oh it was made for you” which gives me further doubt. When I asked how many links the bracelet should have the guy responded with 19, which it does. However other sources (unofficial) say it should be 22. Can anyone point me in the right direction with where I can find this information? I couldn’t find it on the Rolex website at all, but may have missed it! The watch otherwise is fantastic. I just can’t understand how people with bigger wrists than me would get this to fit without adding links (on top of the 5mm extension it already provides. Thanks |

It should come with 18 not including the end links from the factory.

How big is your wrist? If it's brand new from the AD it will be unsized obviously. I've never heard an AD say it was made for you.

You probably have large wrist. When I purchased my blnr, it fit perfectly. Since then I’ve lost weight and have to have links removed.

I only had Two links removed any my wrist is 7”.
I never bothered counting the links but I also thought to myself at the time … “how would this thing ever fit someone with a large wrist?” |

Oh, I believe they used to come with more links, at least for the DJ. |

Some discussions are just more thorough with some information. In this case, wrist size.

So I had some back and forth with the sales rep over WhatsApp and he shared with me the full part breakdown for the jubilee bracelet and low and behold, it is 19 links. I can’t attach the picture because of my low post count, but it would appear to be a genuine screen shot from the Rolex parts system.
Wrist size, I will add later. Need to find the tape measure! |

Anecdotally, Jubilee bracelets seem to be a tiny bit smaller than Oyster bracelets from the factory. That said all three of my Rolex, two on oyster and one on jubilee, all have two links removed to fit me.

The bracelet is just somewhat short on that model. 40mm is not really a "big guy" watch any more. (And 36mm is a very common ladies size)

Hey guys,
My Pepsi is 18 links, i removed 2 and fits comfy with my avg size exact 6.5Inch wrist. I use the 5mm extension when its warmer. i was suprised when i rcd the watch as in comparision to my SD43( now sold) it felt very very small and puny.
