VC Harmony or Triple Calendar 1942?
I’m looking at buying either a 2018 triple calendar 1942 or 2018 Harmony dual time but can’t decide.
Both watches are full sets and similar price at £15000 - £16000. The triple calendar is 40mm but stainless steel. I believe the 40mm harmony is too large with its square case so am looking at the 37mm model, it’s beautiful rose gold. Anyone have an experience of either model? Which would you choose and why? nice price on the harmony...I really like that watch though sometimes I worry if the dial is too busy. The triple calendar on the 1942 is nice too, but it is steel, so that something to consider too. frankly cant go wrong with either of this or almost any VC!

I think the triple calendar shows what Vacheron does so well.
That would be my choice but I am quite conservative in my tastes. |

I really like the triple calendar and have debated picking one up a couple times. However, I really wish it was an annual calendar. I think it’s a great piece at $20k and below. I’ve seen one sell recently for $16,500 and think it’s about the floor for this piece, so you are buying right.
Harmony is not my cup of tea. |
