It’s quite possible that they updated the bezel color, without this being an “anniversary edition.”

Seems weird to celebrate an anniversary and then say absolutely nothing about it.

All there is, is one video blog (Adrian Barker, and Jake’s World citing Adrian) and a few “my ADs said” posts and “there was a seminar” posts.

So, yes, it’s unconfirmed. It might be true. But it’s not confirmed. In my option at least.

I believe Adrian on this. The 002 label on the reference isn’t new so doesn’t prove anything (my one from last year is 002) but I do believe Adrian.

Time will reveal the answer here. We can see the side by sides soon enough.

Rolex would never confirm an Easter egg. Neither would any other company.

Does the guy (future) calling people dumb for being a bit skeptical of the new green color actually own an LV sub?

LV is perfect the way it is but it’ll be fun to see the new one when it becomes available.

My AD confirmed that indeed the color has been changed and he’s expecting deliveries of new pieces end of May early June.

Picked mine up on Friday. The AD wanted to compare it to a MK1 as he thought this was a MK2. I have no idea but it does look lighter than anticipated and not the dark mossy hue that I thought it would be. It is lighting dependant of course. Thoughts?

Looks very very similar to my MK1 LV. I doubt it's the new one, but who knows.

All these pictures look filtered, poor lighting and photos in general, these prove nothing. Also very soon for any “new” model to be available.

The white balance in all these is off neutral, results look filtered not suggesting they’ve been filtered on purpose. Just poor pictures in general. Take it next to a “MKI” and show us again, with normal good pictures.

Fair enough but I posted one pic of a mix of int/ext lighting, one natural light only and one artificial light only to give some balance.

Need to track down a MK1...

Anyone think the new WG blue bezel has changed colour also?

Thought it used to be a bright royal blue and the image on the Rolex web site now looks more RAF/azure.

A few more from today.

First few are morning pure daylight. Can confirm it is a true representation to my eyes...

The next one is later in the day very low light conditions

It seems to me that the newer bezel insert has more potential for variation and in high lighting situations presents in a more vibrant hue than the previous model.

In lower light conditions it can at first glance look like the Mk1 however on closer inspection there remains a greater vibrancy and more life in it than previous.

I am trying to hunt down a MK1 for a side by side.
