Looks legit except for the “0” on the bezel at “40” It should not have any imperfections unless it’s an optical illusion.

May just be the quality of the pic, but i see a couple of things that concern me. Higher res photos and a couple of different angles would be helpful. This could very well be a super - replica.

Comparing your LV to mine purchased from an AD, the I's in your picture look okay. The 0 in 40 has a flaw and the C in Officially looks off. The print just doesn't look quite right, but hard to really tell from the photo. I'd need more higher resolution pictures. Good luck.

Purchased my 126610lv at the AD.

Notice the luminescent hour markers have no specs and don't look dirty in my picture.

The real markers are white gold and in your picture, the color is not the same.

The 1st "I" in certified is smaller in your picture.

Conclusion: proceed with caution.

Looks good to me and like mine from AD. But no need to play with fire — just buy from a reputable seller with many reviews which I’m betting this is not, which is why you have concerns. There’s no “deals” to be had; just risk

I’ve got 2 12 series Subs, both from my A D, and I don’t see the flags.

What I do see is not the best picture in the world. Especially the dial print. A few pics in my phone look the same but when I take the time to hi res them they look fine.

I have also a 124060 from the ad, and what I did not notice the 1st time in my comments and everyone else who has made a comment are the color of the Mercedes hands, center pin and sweep second which in op picture look black. They should be silver color.
