Why is everyone being disrespectful to OP? It does look matte, and that's a legitimate question.
To answer your question, the dial is the same as the previous 126LV and LN. The new rendering by Rolex is not accurate. |

On Rolex website the dial color of the Cermit is described as "Black", which is the term used by Rolex for gloss black dials.
Matte dials, such as those on DSSD and DSC, are described as "intense black". So, it appears that the new Cermit still has the gloss dial. |

The image looks 100% better than it does in reality. Shame all professional models with black dials are not ‘intense black’.
