Printing a logo on a spare dial...

I know I'm risking public scorn , but here goes:

I have a 6694 with a white original dial.
I would like to remove (and save) this dial, and replace it with a service champagne dial that has a custom printed logo. (as a present)

I am aware this is bordering on sacrilige.
But I am keeping the original dial!

So that said - how do I get a logo onto my new service dial?

Thanks in advance.
I hope nobody spat their coffee out.

Logo of your company? There are many redial techs that might be able to help you out. You’ll be able to find a local one on Google, if you’re lucky to have one locally

Spend some money and get it done professionally there’s no good way to make it look good on your own. There are some tapes you can print on then apply it but results may vary.

I am all for it. As stated have it done correctly. I like the forum. I would like it better if people respected the fact that not everyone likes the same thing.

Ok - thanks all.
I spoke to a redial specialist on 47th St.
"No problem - come in to discuss..."

I'll let you know how it goes...

As long as you keep the original dial and it's unmolested, there's no logical reason not to do it as it can be returned to original configuration with little effort; it's your property to do with as you like.

Good luck with the redial specialist. Please let us know what technique he plans to use. I've never done a watch dial, but have successfully silkscreened aircraft panels with enamel paint after proper surface preparation to provide "tooth" for the paint to adhere to (the existing surface was gloss). If the dial has a matte finish and is clean, adherence shouldn't be a problem.

My $.02.

It's weird being the same age as old people.
