Some Panerai Help Please

Local jeweler has this Panerai, and they are not really in my wheelhouse, so I was wondering if there is anyone familiar enough to tell me if it is original or not?

It looks good to me, but I know they make pretty good fakes of the P3000 movement.

Thanks for your help.

That looks to be good to me. Most of the time you can tell a fake by the balance wheel. This one appears to be appropriate. I'll let others weigh in though, just in case.

That watch looks quite rugged/filthy to me. But looks authentic, I don’t think it is a reference someone would make a fake of. It is a Paneristi release.

This is what a P.3000 movement should look like.
Note the finishing is a lot better and jewels around the ‘TWENTY’ above the E and next to the T. These are missing on the watch you sent above. The large jewel on the base plate is in the wrong place and too near the edge.
Beyond that, the dial and case look fake, as well as the caseback.

you have a local jeweler trying to sell a cheap junk fake Panerai watch to go its customers and scam them? You should list their name.
