dragon_phoenix_metal_stone ( 68 ) Issue - Seller states the band is not a original, but it looks like a Rolex Coronet on the clasp, Buddy Orchi and Buddy Pav, Can I get you to have a look at this one ROLEX 1680 SUBMARINER DATE No Reserve Auction Type: Rolex Submariner date model.1680 Serial/Era: 2.7mil circa 1969 Movement: Cal 1570 Automatic Hack Function: Date / non quickset Paper/Box: No Up for auction is a restored Rolex 1680 Submariner. serial number 2.7mil which dates this watch to 1969...This watch has recently been fully restored. The case has been lightly sanded and buffed. It still retains its original shape and sharpness. The case, caseback and between lugs are all signed Rolex. There are some hairline scratches and pin prick marks on the case and caseback due to post retoration use. The hands and original dial have been repainted to resemble the original.The original plexi crystal has been replaced with an aftermarket plexi. The bezel insert has also been replaced with an aftermarket insert. The Rolex Cal. 1570 movement has recently been overhauled and is running strong and keeping excellent time. The seals on the watch have been replaced and the watch has been tested water resistant Please note that the bracelet shown in the pics is not an original Rolex bracelet, It is an aftermarket replacement band that I am supplying so that the owner my wear the watch. This band is the same as the original and will fit this watch. The watch will arrive with this band fitted at customers request Please ask all questions before bidding, if you need me to take extra photos I will do my best to get them to you.
