That’s why I have a two tone yellow gold dj36, combination of the best for me at least. Even though I know lots of people look down two tones.
I think two tone is the one for you. Rolex rose gold is more copper than pink and sometimes can look yellow or even white gold in certain lighting.
I own a two tone yellow gold dj41 and a DD40 rose gold olive dial. You'll get used to the bling if you get a full PM.

I understand Rolex watches is high demand, but I believe you still can get DD from AD. No need to pay markup.

I don't, but I'm partial to the WG version. Over the years, I've found myself moving slowly and steadily away from the colored metals.

That's not to say there aren't some amazing YG/RG pieces out there (the DD you're contemplating being one of them). It's just something I no longer want to wear.

Now, what you need to do is figure out what your preferences are. We can't help with that. Good luck,

Seems like the choice was already made, but I would suggest going with the rose gold variation of this model.

WG suits my style and taste much better. WG Olive DD is one of my favorites.

To me the green dial looks much better on the WG. I would get that one. If it is RG you want, I would look for a better price or a different dial.

I had a WG DD Slate dial, but ended up moving it along. I found I was choosing to wear other stainless/WG models over it. YMMV, but I will say that if your skin tone works with RG, it’s a great option.

I totally agree with you. Highly recommended to try all 3 colors and see what works best. For me rose gold blends too much with my skin color so I couldn’t do it.

White pops the best for me. Again depends on what you are after. For me subtle elegance and luxury was more important than yellow flash. So white for me!!

Again, this will differ from people to people so be your own judge.
