Milgauss Vs Sky Dweller
I have no business wearing larger watches but I love them. Just picked up milgauss pre owned today from music city timepieces in nashville and wondered how much difference there is between milgauss and Sky Dweller?
Thickness? Length? Milgauss is bigger than I thought it be. Two watches that are night and day a part so why not own both!? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Milgauss Vs Sky Dweller

If you love them, then that is your business. I really dig your Z-Blue dial; I’ve been combing the internet for one. eBay sent me a coupon for $1,300 off a watch purchase above $10,000. It would sweeten a purchase but I have my reservations of purchasing an eBay watch—or most watches not through my AD—not an option with the Milgauss though. For now, I’ll be satisfied with the Mili in my watch winder. Congrats on your beautiful watch! |

The Sky Dweller is larger in all dimensions but as you say, the Milgauss relatively wears big and looks big because of the thin bezel and because it's polished on so many surfaces. The weight also factors in. The galvanic isolation increases the weight. I like the heft, it adds to the uniqueness.

Congrats! I also have the Z-blue, it is easily Rolex's most underrated dial, IMO.

The Milgauss is identical in dimension to the 116900 Air-King. It shares the same movement, protective iron inner case and bracelet albeit with more polishing and different dial and hands.

If you like bigger watches then by all means, the SkwDweller, the SD43 even DSSD might by right up your alley

Skydweller will wear slightly larger and would compliment your Milgauss nicely.

Congrats on the Milgauss from another Nashvillian, or Tennessean(not sure where you are), that also owns a Milgauss Z-Blue
If you want to check out the difference Diamond Cellars in Green Hills has a SkyDweller display model that has been there for quite a while. They actually have a ton of display models at last check about a month ago.

I've owned the Milgauss and felt it was fine on my 6.3" wrist. Also owned the Sky Dweller but it was too large.
Milgauss is 48mm lug to lug and 13.3mm thick Sky Dweller is 50.2mm lug to lug and 14mm thick |
