Court rules in favour of customization
"An unnamed business that personalises Rolex watches has secured a high court ruling in Switzerland that will allow it to continue tinkering with Rolex timepieces.

I guess the Supreme Court ruling is final …. They sure stuck it to the lower court (profound misunderstanding ) didn’t they? |

Apparently Rolex thinks that they have life long control over their watches. Maybe Rolex doesn't know that they are not renting but actually selling a watch.
