I love my new strap
At the GTG, I mentioned that everyone got a free strap in their gift bag (yes, even the "Rolex-hater" made sure there were some 20mm straps available )...
I managed to get a nice one myself... a Strap Culture called the Folkler. No pix yet but here are some off www.strapculture.com: Having now seen a Greg Stevens Crazy Horse in the flesh, and having a Gabomagic myself, I'd say the SC Folkler runs a nice medium between the two. The colour of the strap is more like a Greg, but the edges of the strap are unfinished like the Gabo (and some sand paper can further distress it). The keepers are big and thick like a CH as is the strap itself...but the long end is rounded like a Gabo. Once I started to work the strap in (to give it shape) it's very supple and pliable. Also and added bonus, all Strap Culture straps come with a screw-in GPF buckle (which I've taken off, personal preference) and also a pair of tubes. So this strap, at US$89 is an absolute steal! I highly recommend it. |

I don't change that often, probably some type of switch once a week.
My wife will change hers about 2 -3 times/week. I received a nice strap for the rad. I will try to swap tonight & post some pics of the new combo.

Thanks all... the fact you get a screw-in buckle AND tubes with the strap is icing on the cake. A week down and it has yet to come off the watch. This is a great sign I love this strap.

Like it John a nice combination but all this leather,be careful it Will be whips next. Thats the beauty of leather you can change quite dramatically the look of a watch for very little money.
