UPS dropped off a box

Unfortunately not a new watch but I'm shocked at what I received. A week or two ago I requested a catalog from Blancpain and to my surprise this is what I received. Quite the presentation, the package came with a magazine, hard bound book and a hand written letter from the folks at BP.

Thought it was pretty cool.

Very cool. A Los Angeles watch shop recently gave me IWC's white hardbound 2008 catalog. It is similarly very impressive.

Thanks very much It's called eco-concrete. They mix a bunch of broken glass with concrete, pour it and then smooth it out.. In some of the pieces of glass you can see labels from bottles they broke up to make the surface. Bought it last year at Room and Board but seems they no longer sell the surface anymore. Get this, it weighs 400lbs.

I think they may have phased it out because it was an expensive option and it's really porus so it stains very easily. Have to wipe it down if you spill immediately.

The 400 lbs makes it a no go...my apartment stairs are so steep they are almost a ladder!

looks great tho!
