Which two watch collection. Please vote!

pick the two watch collection of the three options:

Option A
- Explorer 2 16570 white dial
- Yellow Gold Daytona 116528 w/ black dial

or

Option B
- GMT Master II 16710 w/ black bezel
- Yellow Gold Daytona 116528 w/ white dial

or:

Option C
- White Gold GMT Master 116719 w/ black dial
- Yellow Gold Day Date mid 80s 18238 w/ white dial

Want black and white dial in the two watch collection.

They are generally same price point as the yellow gold Daytona is much higher in value/cost than the white gold gmt. Would love to hear thoughts/opinions! Just having fun soliciting ideas from watch enthusiasts like yourselves!

Two watches is a pair, they are not a collection. That’s my idea.

Option B is a great black and white dial duo, and I didn’t have to give it much thought. It’s the classiest pair.

I’d go for option D - 16570 for the white dial and 16710 for the black dial.

You’d save a load of cash, these are classics and I’m generally not a fan of yellow gold.you could take the 116719 instead of the 16710 if you really want a gold watch (that must be option E).

I'd take the 116719 and leave the rest.

If you are truly committed to 2 watches only, I would say 16710 and a RO jumbo. Drop the Daytona and DD

None of these appeal, two collections have Daytona's which are my least popular Rolex watch and the Day Date isn't close to the top of my list.

For me I would have to two dwellers; a SS SkyDweller white dial and TTSeaDweller

And two watches don't make a collection, so I'd add a Speedy.

Option B and you have one of the most versatile Rolex ever made!
For the gold Daytona if you can find an unpolished it’s a big plus. If repolished make sure the polishing job was well done!

I preferred PM timepieces over SS, I would go for 2 PM watches.

A. Gives you a tool and a jewel. 16570 is very under rated. Pics for evidence:

Thanks all, keep them coming! Slight wrench thrown in there - for option B what if 16710 was replaced by 116710LN? Would that better or worsen the set?

I’d go Option D

WG GMT Master 2 116719 black dial
Explorer 2 226570 white (polar) dial

116710LN and YG DD, would be my choice for the pair if you must have a gold piece in the mix.

I picked B but I would also get the YG Daytona with a black dial. Green dial would be the best.
