Bluesy or Pepsi??

I was at Kormans here in Austin today to buy my wife some ear rings for her Birthday & also looking at the watches. I have been interested in either the Bluesy or the Pepsi on jubilee. I currently have an 2022 YG Day Date, a 2023 OP 41 blue dial and a 1999 Air King.

I like the Bluesy, but my OP has a blue dial. I also like the GMT II, especially with the Jubilee, SS or TT The SA said it they are getting watches in more frequently & should be able to get me one of these. I got the OP 5 weeks after requesting it.

Your opinions are appreciated!!

If you love blue dial, get the bluesy. It’s one of the best blue dial on Rolex lineups (IMO)

Are you asking whether we think you should get the most sought after watch from Rolex vs one you can easily get below retail? I'll give you one guess.

Bluesy is next on my list. I already have a blue dial Seamaster, and that’s not a factor for me.

Bluesy 100% - unless 5 digit Pepsi. Then both :)

Had the bluesy 3 times. Couldn’t bond with the bright blue dial or TT. I never liked the BLRO that much, but on jubilee I would say BLRO.

As far as I know the Pepsi is the most desirable and the hardest to come by. The bluesy is an awesome watch the faces just out of this world. However if I had to choose between one or the other as a starter I would choose the Pepsi if I could get it and then later add the bluesy that's just me.

If you’re considering pre owned Bluesy wise, look into the 2009-2012 flat blue Smurf dial. Way nicer IMO.

Pepsi on jubilee by a mile. You will wear it waaay more often than the blusey.

adding the GMT to your collection adds another complication making your collection more diverse. I love the bluesy, but the Pepsi would be my vote

I would vote Pepsi. I have the 116613LB as my only Rolex and I never wear it since it's so flashy. Texas might be safer though versus ghetto CA

I had this choice almost 2 decades ago, and went with the Bluesy. ZERO regrets.

Pepsi gets the hype, but not for me.
Blusey is a much better choice unless your buying for resale value.

I own a Bluesy, it’s a great and beautiful watch that I wear it often but given the choice, I would select the Pepsi.
