Does RSC refinish gold cases like Roliworks?

I was told that Rolex has one person in Texas that works on adding gold to cases if it’s been damaged. Is this true? Does rolliworks work on precious metal? Anyone else? Thanks!

No experience with Rolliworks but there are independents that do a much better job refinishing any case than Rolex does.
Have seen pictures from LAWW which look amazing.

Rolex does a good job but what I don’t like is that they often remove the sharp definition of the crown on the clasp.

Speak as you find although not precious watches in well over 50 years of having Rolex watches serviced by many RSC world wide. Never ever had a bad polish from any of them and some of my working tool dive watches were quite beat up

No idea, but if there’s only one person they must be awfully busy

I’m careful with my watches and so there was no actual damage just swirlies. So consequently it required a light polish I think. To me, it looks like it did when it was brand new.
