Pretty darned good, Vernon. Better than my attempts at a lume shot with my Black Monster. You might want to reduce the size of the graphic to meet TRF's standards a bit more, but other than that - SUPER!!!

Nice. That looks great.

I need to work on lume shots. My only camera is a cheap digital work camera I use to photograph screw ups on the job.

You seem to have an interesting job, Jeff. I wish I had a few "screw ups" to photograph on my job!!

Just take one of your sheep to work and ask the nice lady at the reception desk to take the picture!

I'm an industrial sales rep and technician. I take pictures of our customers re-engineering and creatively using our product so we don't get our a**'s sued when I write them corrective action reports!

Also helps support my claims when I have to call our factory guys and tell them they just shipped me a pile of dog poop in a wooden crate!

Yeah. I was going to say - do you get the feeling you're carrying on several conversations at the same time, JJ???

Good Job!!
200 times better than my first lume shots about 7 months ago.

There is nothing wrong with that shot!
However, if you would like to have a bit more detail in the watch itself, try just a hair more ambient light.

Now that you got your shot, take it to the next level. (if you want your lume to be a lot brighter)
Also, if you have photoshop, go to Image Adjustments menu, pick Hue/Saturation.
At that point your cursor will change into a colour picker.
You should have a few sliders on your screen now and a drop down menu.
The drop down should say Master, then the sliders should say Hue, Saturation and Luminosity.
Click on the Master dropdown and pick Cyan, Blue or Green. Now move your cursor and click inside the "lume" area. Once you did that, go to the Saturation slider and move it toward the right to boost the intensity of the colour until you like it.

You will end up with something like this.

Indeed, Vernon.

You know, he's going to read these posts and say something like: "What did I do to deserve this?", or "How do I get dragged into threads that don't concern me?", or "Et tu, everybody???"
