10 Anniversary Present share

GMT2C for me and EXP2 for my wife.
Those are our first Rolex that bought in Aug, we wear it everyday and really love it......

We are planning to buy Daytona at 15 Anniversary...

One thing I would like to share :

My Gmt2C -- the crown has a little bit tight when I screw-in and out, anyone has some problem?
so I put some oil ( use to for watch o-ring ) on the o-ring and screw of the case tube, then it become smooth....

Big congrats,

don't know about the oil, it could be harmfull for the O ring and desolve it, if there are some chemicals in the oil, I would not risk it with oil, but maybe use a little smear of silicone lubricant called "MOLYKOTE 111" it is used for valves and rings.

I bought a YM recently and have the same issue. It is not smooth, I thought this is normal for any new watch??! and therefore, i ignored the issue.

The crown being tight for a new rolex is a common issue.

Had that problem with my GMT Master, so I carry this around.
